          Sealed competitive offers are invited for and on behalf of the Board of Directors of TRKL by the Managing Director, Tourist Resorts (Kerala) Ltd from the Contractors / Companies / Suppliers (under private or public sector) having experience in the specified classes of works / supply for the works as detailed below.
 
          The tenders shall be submitted in the schedule attached with the tender documents by item rate contract system.

          Further details and tender form can be had from the office of the undersigned during office hours of all working days from 29.07.2010 to 05.08.2010 – 1 PM. The tenders can be submitted by downloading the tender form from the website given above and duly signed in all pages of the document with a Demand Draft against the cost of tender form as stated above (Non refundable) and required EMD (separate DD) against the work in favour of the Managing Director, TRKL payable at Trivandrum.

Addendum
 
No.1473/Admin/TRKL/10                                                         Dated 28.07.2010
In continuation to the Tender Notice No. 1437/Admin/TRKL/10, dated 26.07.2010 it may be noted the tender for interior work (Sl. No. 1 in Tender Notice) shall be submitted in two cover system; 1st cover Technical Bid and 2nd cover Financial Bid. The covers (1) and (2) so sealed will be put in a third Cover (3) and sealed. The Technical Bid includes tenderers previous experience in similar works. The tenderer(s) should have experience in execution of at least three (3) similar works of an office area not less than 100 Sq. m with a minimum value of Rs. 10 lakh in each work. The bid without the above minimum qualification will summarily be rejected and their financial bid will not be opened. The financial bid of the qualified technical bidders only will be opened.
