Non Resident Keralites are the pride of our State and they are responsible for bringing in the largest share of investments into Kerala. The high growth – high return tourism sector is a new investment frontier for the NRKs. Considering that capital and skill are two essential requisites for a successful venture, most NRKs find it difficult to spare time or pride adequate skill into managing their investments. To tide over this situation, TRKL has come up with a novel concept of Ente Naadu Resident Entrepreneur – Non Resident Keralite (RE-NRK) partnership model in tourism investments.
TRKL has pooled in innovative and feasible projects from Resident Entrepreneurs across the State and has vetted them through a competent panel of experts, before presenting to the NRKs. While some projects come with land and initial investment, a few others are projects to further development of existing businesses.
TRKL's role is to serve as a facilitator to build a unique Business to Business synergy in the private sector between the Resident Entrepreneur – Non Resident Keralite (RE-NRK) in order to effectively channelise their capabilities for Kerala's tourism infrastructure development.

Project in Brief: Projects involves green belt Development, Coconut Lagoon, super specialty hospitals, Educational institutions, professional institutions, amusement park, gardens, Medicinal plantation, planting of various spices of trees planting of flowering plant on either side of road, water bodies, Artificial lakes , Boating facilities, interconnection of water bodies and lakes for boating, Heritage projects ,Heritage Hotel, organic farming, wind mill, infrastructure such as Roads, Bridges, culverts etc of national standards , Swimming pool ,seating facility in the garden, Fish farming, Planting shade trees on the banks of water bodies , Luxury Cottages, Handy craft stalls , Gymnastic/ Yoga centers ,Suga Chikhilsa, Boat jetty at the lake, Sports complex etc.
