Over ten million Non Resident Keralites are the pride of our State and they are responsible for bringing in the largest share of investments into Kerala.  The high growth - high return tourism sector is a new investment frontier for the NRKs and also serves the Government's need to build adequate infrastructure in this industry to match the growing demands.

But considering that capital and skill are two essential requisites for a successful venture, most NRKs find it difficult to spare time or pride adequate skill into managing their investments.  To tide over this situation, TRKL has come up with a novel concept of Ente Naadu Resident Entrepreneur - Non Resident Keralite (RE-NRK) partnership model in tourism investments.

TRKL has pooled in innovative and feasible projects from Resident Entrepreneurs across the State and has vetted them through a competent panel of experts, before presenting to the NRKs.  Each project has been weighed on the basis of uniqueness, market requirements, skill and assets as well as overall business prospects.  Most projects are new ventures.  While some projects come with land and initial investment, a few others are projects to further development of existing businesses.

NRKs can contact the promoters directly or through TRKL. If meetings are arranged directly between the NRK and Resident Entrepreneur, the same may be intimated to TRKL by e-mail to office@trkl.in, for information about the progress. TRKL would also be glad to set up a one-to-one meeting for investors with respective promoters of their interested projects. To avail this facility, NRKs may fill up the form provided in the "Schedule a Meeting" section in the website.

TRKL's role is to serve as a facilitator to build a unique Business to Business synergy in the private sector between the Resident Entrepreneur - Non Resident Keralite (RE-NRK) in order to effectively channelise their capabilities for Kerala's tourism infrastructure development.
